Hey guys! Aaron Powers here. I am happy to connect with you! I’ve lived in Las Vegas since 2003 with my Mom and Stepdad Bob. We moved from Southern California where I grew up. I am an avid sports fan, and ready for the Denver Broncos to win another Super Bowl! I am a proud husband and father to my beautiful wife and children. Before Real Estate I worked in the Food and Beverage industry. I loved working with people, but wanted to do it in a more impactful way. That dream led me to Real Estate. I look forward to connecting with you further and cheering you and your favorite sports team on!

Hi! I am Emily, most of you will hopefully meet me along the way of your journey to homeownership! I have lived in Las Vegas since 1999, and have learned to love and call it home. Before Las Vegas, my family and I lived in many places! My dad worked hard for our family in the Military for many years before eventually settling here. I built my career in the Hospitality and Hotel Industry. If you're going to do it, Las Vegas is the place! After our daughter was born, in the crazy year of 2020, I made the decision to join Aaron in our family business and am blessed to have a wonderful family and work life balance. I never get to miss a moment with my beautiful babies, Violet and Owen! I am very lucky and love that I get to work hard alongside my other favorite person, Aaron. Family has always been important to me, and I look forward to welcoming you in as a part of our Powers Real Estate Family!

Bob Lawson
Hello, I am Bob! I started my career in law enforcement in 1973 working for the Aurora Colorado Police Department as a Patrol Officer and an Accident investigator until 1977 when I moved to Southern California. I worked for the Anaheim Police Department and Orange County Sheriff’s Department as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Bailiff in the County Courts, Hostage Negotiation Team Member, Criminal Investigator and as part of the Fugitive Apprehension unit. I retired in 2003 and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2005 I went to work for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office as a Criminal Investigator and retired in 2013 to move back to Colorado. In Colorado work for 3 ½ years as an Investigator for the Adams County District Attorney’s Office and then returned to Las Vegas to be closer to Family.
I went to real Estate School in 2021 and Joined the Powers Real Estate Team in June to assist Aaron and Emily Powers and other Team members in Real Estate Transactions and meet n friends in Real Estate.
My Hobbies are going to College and Pro Sporting events to watch my Favorite Teams (ie Denver Broncos, UCLA Bruins, Colorado Rockies and Vegas Golden Knights). Play a little golf, walk my 2 Labs every day and occasionally enjoy some fun at the local Casinos.
David Frutos
David was born in San Jose, CA and has been in Vegas now for over 20 years. He is an expert in his local knowledge of the city and all of the unique things that it has to offer. He has a very impressive background in customer service and food & beverage.
David brings a special care to the clients that he helps and genuinely enjoys helping people reach their goals. He is authentic and loves to share that with others.
Violet & Owen
Oh, hello! We are Violet and Owen. You probably already know that, our parents talk about us all the time so we’re sure you’ve figured that out already! We just wanted to say hi! We are 3 and 1 and love to keep our parents busy chasing us! We love swimming and gymnastics. Oh and of course Mickey Mouse! We hope to see you at one of our events soon, we promise we will smile then! Bye Bye!
